Signline.com Production Policy
PRODUCTION SCHEDULES:
Production starts after artwork has been approved and payment has been received. You will see our production times on every product page.
**Production days are business days only (Monday - Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as production times. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed the following business day. **
Production schedules will be established and followed by both the Customer and Signline.com. In the event that the Customer does not adhere to the production schedules, delivery dates will be subject to renegotiating. There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of Signline.com. In such cases schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to the delay incurred.
ORDER EDITING:
Ordering products from one of the most efficient and technologically advanced sign companies in the U.S. does have one drawback. With our automation and commitment to meet or exceed deadlines, we are unable to make any edits of any type to orders once they have been placed into our production queue. So please verify your proof, ship to address, and quantity completely before giving final approval.
ACCURACY:
We cannot guarantee color accuracy due to the variations of computer displays. Once you approve your order (by submitting your order online, or approving your proof), you are giving us the authority to process your credit card.
SHIPPING:
Ship dates are established from the time Signline.com receives proof approval and are shipped using UPS. Shipping times start after production is complete. For more information, please visit our shipping policies section.
