All orders are non-cancellable.
When you place an order via Purchase order, online, by
email or any other form. In the event you cancel your order,
Industrial Imprints, Inc. will not issue a credit
or Refund.
Industrial Imprints, Inc. Privacy Policy
When you place an
order with Industrial Imprints, Inc., we ask for
your name, your billing address, the address for shipment
of the order, your credit card number and expiration
date and your email address. We consider this information
private. We use the information only for the limited
purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes
to improve our site and services to you, to administer
our site, and to notify you of products or special offers
that may be of interest to you. In the event you do not
wish to receive promotional email from Industrial Imprints Inc, please follow "remove" instructions
in all Industrial Imprints, Inc. e-mails, or you
may send us an e-mail to: ashleyb@industrialimprints.com and
list your e-mail address as the subject.

We accept Visa, MasterCard
and Discover Card. When your order is placed your card
is charged. All order are final and will not be allowed
to be cancelled and no credit will be issued. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases
with Industrial Imprints, Inc.. Please be sure to
provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the
address and phone number your credit card bank has on file
for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing
your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement
of your order. Any additional charges will be charged such
as increase in order size or shipping charges not included
on the 1st payment will be charged when ship. Returned
Checks and ACH Payments will be assessed a charge of $39.00
each time a return is made by the customers bank.

Information
Industrial Imprints Inc takes web site security very seriously. We have implemented
the highest form of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
for our users. However, our users must have an SSL-compliant
browser such as Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator
or Microsoft Internet Explorer. This will allow you to
conduct end-to-end encrypted transactions without fear
of anyone obtaining your credit card information. If you'd

do not have a secure browser, you can download a free copy
of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.
Sales
Taxes
Industrial Imprints Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
Minnesota. Each customer shall be responsible for all sales
taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state
or country.
Manufacturer's
Warranty
All returns and replacements
occurring after 7 days from the invoice date must be made
directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties
vary on each product. Extended warranties are available
directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information
is subject to change without notice. Disclaimer and Limitation
of Liability as to Products Sold All of Industrial Imprints Inc. products are guaranteed against defects for
7 days from the date of the invoice. If Digital Printing
in its opinion determines a make good credit is due a in
store credit will be issued for future purchases. NO REFUND
WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR or ON YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED
HEREIN,Industrial Imprints, Inc.. And ITS AFFILIATES,
OFFICERS AND DEALERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO
PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE INDUSTRIAL PRINTING SITE. EXCEPT AS
EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, INDUSTRIAL PRINTING EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND
WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM
LIABILITY TO INDUSTRIAL PRINTING. ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT
SOLD ON THE INDUSTRIAL PRINTING SITES SHALL BE THE PRICE
OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL Industrial Imprints Inc, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES
BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
Governing Law and Venue:
For all Sales orders, Invoicing, Estimates, Purchase orders
and any other contract by Industrial Imprints, Inc. and or its affiliates This Contract has been
negotiated and executed in the state of Minnesota in the
County of Hennepin and shall be governed by and construed
under the laws of the state of Minnesota in the county
of Hennepin. In the event of any legal action to enforce
or interpret this Contract, the sole and exclusive venue
shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hennepin
County, Minnesota, and the parties hereto agree to and
do hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, notwithstanding
the Parties specifically agree to waive any and all rights
to request that an action be transferred for trial to another
County. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising
out of or relating to this contract shall be submitted
binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules
of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
In the state of Minnesota in the county of Hennepin in
the State of Minnesota.
