About Replacement Material:

Vinyl Replacements are printed on high quality 13oz or 14oz scrim material. The scrim vinyl is a woven fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength.

Fabric Material - Our Banner Soft material is our fabric option for banner stands. The material offers a matte finish with vibrant print colors. The edges of the fabric will be cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying when rolled in and out of the retractor. We recommend you be very careful when retracting the banner as some fraying may still happen.

Vinyl Printing:

Vinyl replacements are digitally printed in full color. You can select one of our  banner templates to customize in the online designer with our backgrounds, clip art and text. You can also upload your own images.

Artwork Specs

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

2 Business Day Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

• Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day,

• Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.
• Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If an order is flagged in our prepress department or a proof is requested awaiting approval, turnaround starts from the time the approval is given.

3 Business Day Standard:

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

If you request an additional proof, a customer service representative will email you a proof of the order for confirmation. This email will come from an @signline.com email, so please check your spam filter to ensure delivery of proof. Please note that your order will not go into production until after you have receive and approved your proof with your rep.

Payment Information

All vinyl banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. If you have a purchase order, please contact a customer service representative for your options.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

Shipping

• Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination.
• Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and oversized packages.
• You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.
• After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages.
• We will not refund the product cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. 
• Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds.
• If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
• Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.
• Please order as early as possible as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Important Economy Shipping Notes:

• If choosing economy shipping, please include additional postal information such as your P.O. Box in the "Address  Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
• Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. 

National and International Shipping Notes:

• All international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
